The evenings regulars turn up for
Thursday's starters hour takes six people who have never played a hand. It runs an hour, it costs nothing and most of our regulars began there.
Friday is the canopy evening: the rig comes down a tier every half hour from seven, so the shed gradually turns into a much smaller room.
Sunday is deliberately unhurried. Two benches run at half pace, the kitchen does one sitting, and everybody is out by eight.
